Privacy Policy

Dominus Google Gateway is a privately operated, personal-use integration. This policy describes how the integration accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

Google data accessed

Depending on the features authorized by the owner, the gateway may access:

basic Google account identity information, including the account email address;
Google Calendar calendars, events, availability, and related calendar information;
Google Tasks lists and tasks; and
Google Contacts information for contact lookup and identity resolution.

How Google data is used

Google user data is used only to provide functions explicitly requested by the owner of the authorized Google account. Examples include viewing or managing calendar information, viewing or managing tasks, checking availability, and looking up contacts.

Storage

OAuth credentials and authorization tokens used by the integration are stored on an owner-controlled local system. Google account data may be processed locally as necessary to perform requested functions. Operational records may be retained where necessary for the functioning, security, auditing, or troubleshooting of the private system.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. The integration does not make Google user data publicly available. Data is disclosed only as required to operate the requested Google API functionality, comply with law, or protect the security of the system.

Limited use

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Authorization and deletion

The owner may revoke the application's Google account access at any time through Google Account permissions controls. Locally stored OAuth tokens and related local integration data can also be removed from the owner-controlled system.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the gateway's Google integrations or data practices change. The current version will be published at this URL.
